Each week, you’ll practice a well-rounded sequence for developing full-body strength and improving balance. 

You’ll cultivate inner strength and balance, too, by exploring themes of yogic life that will fortify your spirit and calm your mind. 

Special guest Nina Zolotow will join us on October 6 for a live Q&A to answer your questions about strength and balance for healthy aging.

This series is suitable for practitioners with at least 6 months yoga experience.

To fully participate, you’ll need to be able to get up and down off the floor with the assistance of a chair and bear weight on your hands.
