Get Grounded

Join me for this 60-minute, all levels class that’s designed to bring your focus down to earth and leave you feeling settled, centered, and calm. 

We start with a brief talk that explores what it means to get grounded from the perspective of yoga and how our practices can help.

The practice begins with a thorough warmup for the feet, ankles, and lower legs followed by a sequence of standing poses done with the support of a wall.

We conclude with supported, seated forward bends to turn your awareness inward toward the steady ground of your inner being.
