You’ll learn simple and effective ways to bring an awakened presence to every moment. You’ll receive tools to manage stress and meet challenges with greater clarity and awareness. Retreat Overview
11-1:30  Welcome, guided inquiry and discussion, all-levels asana practice
1:30-3    Lunch and outdoor activities
3-5  Restorative yoga practice, pranayama, and meditation
For those wishing to stay overnight in Sutton, special accommodations rates are available. A complementary gourmet breakfast will be offered on Sunday morning for everyone staying over!
