Feeding the Post-Workshop Hunger

For those of us who hold asana as an important part of our sadhana, our journey of self-knowing, participating in a workshop is like stocking up at the grocery store. The cupboard is full. You’ve received an infusion of ideas, directions, and avenues to explore in your practice. Hopefully, your enthusiasm for practice has also been invigorated. The fire of longing has been stoked once again.

The most important work comes after. How are you going to unpack the paradigms and possibilities you’ve been given? How will you integrate this new input in the weeks and months to come? Perhaps most importantly, what will you do to sustain and nourish your hunger for discovery?
