Eat, Drink, and Be Merry (and practice some twists)

With the holiday season in full swing, and all the temptations that go along with it, it’s a great week for spinal twists. Here’s the sequence we practiced this morning at Shri Yoga. While there is nothing necessarily ground-breaking here, this sequence of standing and seated twists works well and feels liberating. Besides, when it comes to practice during the busy and festive days of December, sometimes it’s nice simply to be ‘told’ what to do. Enjoy!
